Fondue Cooking Class


Our classes are perfect for friends & familly gatherings such as baby showers, bachelorettes, birthdays, date night and girls night out, but also great for school field trips! Classes are  taught by chef Marie . We can accomodate up to 26 students during our group classes.

Spend your evening with chef Marie practicing your knives skills, and concocting delicious sauces from scratch to accompany your meat fondue dinner. All of our classes are very hands-on! Come alone, with your significant other or a group of friends and enjoy a unique experience, and a great meal! Our group setting will make it really fun; Come hungry!

The fondue class is the classic 'après ski' dish on menus in the French Alpine, Swiss French, French Italian and Dessert fondue. Luxurious and velvety, the fondue recipe is perfect for parties or when you happen to be stuck inside on a winter night.

Crepes Cooking Class

Learn to make crepes in a hands-on cooking class with chef Marie owner, Mj Creations Sweets and Treats! turn her talents towards crepes, a simple food she’s loved all her life. Chef Marie focuses on making gourmet, one-of-a-kind crepes that reflect the global food

influences of own childhood, and now Marie will teach you to make her crepes at home.

Crepe Benedict- poached eggs, Canadian bacon and hollandaise sauce
Caprese- sliced tomato, seasoned chicken, and Mozzarella & basil pesto

Salmon – grilled salmon, leeks & béarnaise sauce
Veggie Pesto sliced tomato, baby spinach leaves, mozzarella & garlic pesto
Veggie Medley- zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, onions, herbs and Swiss cheese
South Western- grilled peppers & onions, seasoned chicken, cheddar & chipotle sauce
Big Bleu- bleu cheese crumbles, seasoned chicken, baby spinach leaves & raspberry vinaigrette  Macaroni and Cheese- elbow pasta, parmesan sauce and cheddar cheese
